All proceeds to go Help for Heroes and the Airborne Forces Charity; benefiting soldiers, ex-soldiers
and their dependents.

It will be a fun but tough event staged at the home of Parachute Regiment training in Catterick
(North Yorkshire) on Sunday 13th Sep 2009 at 10am.

3 weeks prior to the Great North Run it serves as a perfect alternative or training run for the world's
most popular half marathon in Newcastle.
