The clip below shows both tests and you will notice that the first test ends with a complete "dead stop" of the vehicle and the bollard continuing to function.
The following week the bollard was retested, this time at 80kmh (50mph) and again resulted in a complete arrest of the vehicle and the bollard continuing to function.
