When the solution cannot be solved with our standard products engineering can bespoke design to the exact customer specification differentiating ATG Access from the competition.

Using the latest software innovation and 3D modelling this flexible approach to solution providing has allowed ATG Access to become focussed on being a market led company and not product led gaining the company recognition throughout the world where quality is often more important than cost.

After Sale

Project Planning

We can provide full turnkey project management and take your project from greenfield site to completion or we can contribute to the civil installation and commissioning of the bollard part of your project or act as consultants throughout the project life or even give one off advice to kick off your works.

Our project managers provide the link between ATG Access and our clients and are there to:

  • Provide a single point of contact for client
  • Offer experience & technical advice on how best to meet your expectations
  • Ensure work is completed to agreed programme and standards

Our project team are your planning, organising and managing resource.

Installation

All our manually operated bollards and static bollards are designed to be easy to install by the end-user, you can view the installation instructions by clicking here, but we also offer a complete installation service if required, your sales advisor will quote you for installation costs if required.

Maintenance

We offer different levels of service contract to suit individual client requirements. The intention is to enable clients to manage the full costing for their bollard system over a given period of time.

We have a dedicated Service & Spares Department who are here to assist our clients with any problems that may arise, we have full stocks of all spare parts available for immediate overnight despatch from our head office and our service engineers, who are based around the UK , carry extensive stocks on their vehicles.

Customer Care

If you've purchased bollards or street furniture before you may well be used to being left to fend for yourself following the installation of the equipment (or even before installation in some cases). This is not the case with ATG Access, we have a fully approved installer network and a complete service and maintenance team, both operating nationwide.

Our quality manager will regularly make spot checks on our installations to ensure we are maintaining high standards. And each and every customer is asked to fill in a questionnaire to let us know how we have performed throughout their transaction. All the questionnaires are read and the points raised are taken on-board if we feel they can improve the service we offer our clients.
