This small industrial estate had been plagued by fly tipping which had made it very difficult for the management company to let out units and had made for an unsightly work area for existing tenants.

In addition, 2 static bollards and 2 static hoop barriers protect the perimeter, the variation in products used required due to service pipes preventing the use of all telescopic bollards.
