Our SP1000 high security automatic bollard became the first product of its kind to be tested for television. Channel 5's Fifth Gear programme re-created the high speed testing of the bollard by hitting it with a fully laden 7.5 tonne truck travelling at 50mph.
The results were spectacular for television and even more spectacular for the security industry, the truck was stopped dead and the bollard continued to function after the wreckage was pulled away. See for yourself using the download link below.
