If you've purchased bollards or street furniture before you may well be used to being left to fend for yourself following the installation of the equipment (or even before installation in some cases). This is not the case with ATG Access ™, we have a fully approved installer network and a complete service and maintenance team, both operating nationwide.

Our quality manager will regularly make spot checks on our installations to ensure we are maintaining high standards. And each and every customer is asked to fill in a questionnaire to let us know how we have performed throughout their transaction. All the questionnaires are read and the points raised are taken on-board if we feel they can improve the service we offer our clients.

We have a dedicated Service & Spares Department who are here to assist our clients with any problems that may arise, we have full stocks of all spare parts available for immediate overnight despatch from our head office and our service engineers, who are based around the UK , carry extensive stocks on their vehicles.
