We are able to offer nationwide response to any incidents involving our bollards or equipment. As with anything designed to keep vehicles out, bollards will get hit by traffic and it is our priority to respond to these incidents and keep the traffic flowing or restore the premises back to full security. Response is managed by our incident response team and priority is given to clients with service contract status.

We offer different levels of service contract to suit individual client requirements and options range from Same Working Day Emergency Response to Same Working Week Call Out, contracts can be inclusive of parts and labour or can be purely in place to ensure a quick resolution to any problems. The intention is to enable clients to be able to project full costing for their bollard system over a given period of time.
