ATG Access Hosts Another Successful Distributor Conference

ATG’s Annual  Distributor Conference Highlights New High-Security Bollards And Barriers

Each year ATG Access demonstrates its commitment to the global marketplace by offering regular training to its international distributors at its annual distributor conference.

This year two conferences took place; the first at ATG headquarters in Haydock, UK and the second in Kuala Lumpur.

ATG Access can now be considered a truly global entity as representatives from all five continents were in attendance at the conferences which provide attendees with an opportunity to gain up to date information of the latest product offerings, a chance to familiarise themselves with technical aspects of the equipment and also the ability to network with other distributors.

An informal ‘meet & greet’ with ATG Access staff on the opening evening was followed the next morning by an official welcome and introduction by ATG Access Managing Director, Glenn Cooper.

For two days the attendees were able to join one of two groups, commercial or technical, and to either take part in extensive ‘hands on’ training looking at ATG Access control system options; this was actually filmed to form part of the training video; or to sit in on various presentations provided by both distributors and ATG Access staff.

Case studies provided by distributors gave a particularly interesting insight into issues that may arise in unfamiliar territories.

Many new products have been launched this year including the ATG Access temporary security range, the Gladiator bollard and the new and improved VBB Barrier. All of the attending engineers received full technical training on the products enabling them to fully support ATG Access global product launch.

As our distributor network grows year-on-year, 2013’s conferences are anticipated to be even bigger.
