ATG Crowned Manufacturer of the Year at Made in the North West Awards
It’s been an incredible week for everyone at ATG Access as we picked up two new awards in quick succession. Kicking things off we were crowned Manufacturer of the Year (under £25m category) at the Insider 2019 Made in the North West Awards.
The Made in the North West Awards celebrate all that’s great about manufacturing and shine a light on the region’s most innovative and dynamic firms. The awards also recognise those who are achieving excellence in training and apprenticeships.
ATG Access faced stiff competition from an eight-strong shortlist but came out on top to be awarded the accolade.
ATG Access was applauded by the judges for developing every aspect of its business and praised it for its excellence and outstanding contribution to the manufacturing sector in the region.
ATG will now compete against seven other regional winners for the national title of Manufacturer of the Year at the Made in the UK awards in June.
ATG Named Export Business of the Year 2019 at St. Helens Business Awards
If this wasn’t achievement enough, ATG Access was handed a second accolade of ‘Export Business of the Year 2019’ at the St Helen’s Chamber Award ceremony.
The awards recognised local, outstanding businesses in and around St Helen’s. ATG Access was hailed for its commitment to strategy development with a focus on growth and product innovation.
Our ability to react to emerging market trends and changes in security threats was noticed and the commitment to export over a ten-year period was what set us apart.
ATG will now go through to compete in the category again at the regional awards and then maybe even the national chamber awards beyond that.
Both awards are a complete testament to our passion and pride in designing and manufacturing innovative and market-leading security solutions and the entire team’s dedication and hard work.
We would like to thank everyone for their commitment over the last twelve months and beyond. We now look forward to competing in the national and regional competitions next month.
