CPD: The Main Principles of Physical Security

Explore the fundamental principles of physical security in our new RIBA accredited CPD.

Why is physical security so important?

In recent years we've seen a tragic rise in the number of terror attacks committed across Europe and the UK, with incidents such as the Manchester Arena Bombing and Westminster Bridge Attack still fresh in people's minds.

Many of these incidents saw terrorists utilise vehicles as weapons to deadly effect. Over the last 15 years, we have been on the frontline of developing hostile vehicle mitigation solutions and so know first hand the importance of physical security in protecting people and critical infrastructure from these kinds of attacks.

In our latest CPD we draw on our years of experience, placing the key physical security principles in context, and empowering you to take control of security decisions for the sites and schemes you create.
