Starting with the Security Expo in Beijing last December, the ATG Access brand has travelled across the globe promoting its latest range of innovations in Dubai, Nigeria and Greater London.
Gavin and Glenn travelled to Dubai to exhibit at the ASIS exhibition and conference in February where Gavin also spoke about the benefits of and innovations within the hostile vehicle mitigation industry. Some great contacts were made and ATG Access aims to continue this presence next year through attending the smaller, niche security shows throughout the Middle East region. With planning for the 2020 Qatar Olympic Games progressing as we speak, this will be an important area for us over the next 3 years.
In Lagos Nigeria, the very real threat of terrorism is evident to all who visit. The churches are under threat from bomb attack and with the establishment of financial regions in Lagos and Abuja, these have also become targets. With this in mind and several projects in the pipeline for the area – ATG Access exhibited alongside Hesco Bastion (Security Fencing) and Olive Group (Security Consultants) at this year’s IFSEC West Africa show. Not only did the team exhibit, we also hosted our own hostile vehicle mitigation security seminar attracting key contacts within the security market to the event. We hope to secure more orders from the region over the next 6 months as we aim to continue to educate the evolving security market about ATG Access high security products and innovations.
The last of the exhibition run was this week where ATG Access attended the annual Security & Policing event in Greater London, UK. Many international delegates visited and key contacts within the UK security industry.
Lai Yew Seng, our Singapore distributors are all set to exhibit at the Global Security Show in Asia at the beginning of April with our head of projects, Allen Cunningham going to support the event. Finally the exhibition period finishes with the flagship Counter Terror exhibition in London, Olympia.
After a very busy quarter ATG Access will be hanging up their exhibition boots until later on in the year. Thank you to all of those who have done such a fantastic job representing us internationally. Exhibitions are a great way to touch base with competitors, key contacts and build brand awareness internationally. They will continue to be an important element of our marketing annually.
